We process only the absolute minimum logistical data (Name, Physical Shipping Address, Contact Email) required to dispatch the hardware device to you. Because the Felix Randt hardware operates entirely offline in an air-gapped state, Ledger SAS never requests, processes, or stores your private cryptographic keys, passwords, or digital asset addresses.

2. Web Infrastructure Analytics

We log basic, anonymized server metrics to ensure site integrity and to defend against malicious DDOS attacks targeting our distribution infrastructure. This data is technical and not tied to personal identities.
